2 boneless skinless chicken breastswishbone just 2 good light italian dressingsaltpepperhalf wedge of lemon
Directions
let chicken marinate in the italian dressing, (put enough dressing to cover the chicken in the bowl.) lemon juice, and salt and pepper mixture over night.

if you have one of those little grills like the foreman ones of generic kinds those are perfect. just turn them on let them heat up and put the chicken on the grill. make sure u spray the grill with olive oil cooking spray first so it doesnt stick.
