Lemon Blueberry Scones

1 1/2 cups ww flour1/2 cup spelt flour1 tbsp baking powder1/6 tsp salt3 tbsp turbinado sugar1 cup blueberrieszest of 1 lemon1/2 cup milk (1%)1/2 plain greek nonfat yogurt
Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add butter and cut into flour mixture. Gently stir in lemon zest and blueberries. Add yogurt and milk. You will need to knead in after a little bit. Knead into a ball and press on flat surface to 1 inch thickness. Cut into 8 wedges. Place on parchment papered baking sheet and bake for 20 mins.
