Ingredients
white bread - 2 slices, 2 servingCelery, raw, .5 cup, diced Scallions, raw, 4 medium (4-1/8" long)Sage, ground, 1 tsp Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices Parsley, 4 sprigs
Directions
Saute mushrooms and celery. Cut bread into cubes. Mix all together and stuff bird.
