Waffles ( Healthy Low Fat)

Ingredients
Flour, whole grain, 2.25 cup Granulated Sugar, 10.5 tsp Baking Powder, 4.5 tsp Salt, .50 tsp Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp Egg, fresh, 3 large ( SEPARATE 1 EGG YOLK FROM EGG WHITES) Milk, nonfat, 1.5 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Directions
Heat up Waffle Iron

In small bowl crack 2 whole eggs and 1 eff yolk lightly beat add the milk and vanilla set aside

Place egg white in in meduim bowl and beat until soft peaks form

In a Meduim Bowl combine dry ingredients add liquid and mix just until combined fold in egg white and begin making waffles

Serving Size: 1 WAFFLE EACH
