1 package Lean Ground Turkey1 can Black Beans1 can Great Northern Beans1 Onion, diced1 Bell Pepper, diced1 cup Salsa5 Tbsp Chili Powder3 cloves Minced Garlic, or 1 Tbsp Dehydrated Garlic
Heat sauté pan on medium heat, spray with cooking spray and cook diced onion, pepper and garlic until caramelized, about 5 minutes. Add ground turkey and chili powder, cook until browned and no pink remaining, about 8 to 10 minutes. Add to crock pot along with black beans, northern beans, and cup of salsa. Cook on low heat for 6 hours.
