Yummy Peppered, Curried Chicken!

1 onion500g chicken mincecurry powderpaprika powderbasilgarlic100g skimmed milk (or light fresh cream)2 wedges The Laughing Cow light cheese (or similar)whole black peppersesame seeds
Spray non-stick cooking spray on pan.
Start cooking onion, and then add the chicken mince.
Sprinkle chicken with curry, paprika, basil and garlic.
Leave to simmer till the chicken is halfway done. Add milk and cheese wedges.
Add the pepper and sesame seeds.
Serving suggestions:
- as sauce with 175g whole wheat pasta
- 1 tortilla & fresh green salad with tomatoes
- on a bed of brown rice
