French Toast

Ingredients
3 slices of Nature's Own whole wheat or high fiber bread3 egg whites1/8 tsp cinnamon1/8 tsp vanilla extract1 pkg Splenda
Directions
Mix together last 4 ingredients well
Spray nonstick frying pan with Pam
Heat to medium
Dip each piece of bread into egg mixture and cover well, then place in pan and cook each side until done.

Eat with sugar-free syrup. IHOP now sells sugar-free syrup in the grocery store. It is good and much lower in carbs and calories than other sugar-free brands.
