Smoothie with Grapefruit, Banana and Apple

Ingredients
1 Grapefruit (I used red) juice and sections1 medium banana (for thicker smoothie you can use frozen banana)1 small green apple
Directions
Wash and cut your fruits. Put everything in a blender (cut up banana, cut up apple, sections and juice of grapefruit). Blend everything in a blender until smooth.



Serving Size: Makes 1 - 16 oz drink
