Italian Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz 3 cloves garlicitalian seasoningsEgg, fresh, 2 largeParmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.5 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .5 tbsp Newman’s Own Sockarooni Sauce, 1/2 cup, 2.5 serving
Directions
sautee onions, peppers, and garlic in EVOO with salt pepper and italian spices

Combine all remaining ingredients (no the sauce!) and form into a loaf.

Place meatloaf in PAM sprayed baking pan and top with sockaroonie sauce

Bake at 350 for 50 minutes

Serving Size: makes 6 serving one slice each
