Ingredients
summer squash1/2 ricecabagezuchinecaned diced and stewed tomatos5 cups waterbeef or chicken stock
Directions
cut all veggies put in large pot add 5 cups water 1/2 cup rice let boil 30min mix milk and flower pour into pot mix and cook for 14 min. Serve hot
