Ingredients
1 onion, chopped2 garlic cloves, minced1 green pepper, chopped1 28-oz. can whole tomatoes, chopped2 tsp chili powderpinch cayenne, or to taste2 cans black beans2-3 tsp salsa (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients except the beans in a large pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in the beans and cook 5 minutes more.
