Cheesy Chickpea Curry

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas1 can tomatoes2 shallots3 cloves of garlic125 grams cheddar cheeseCurry powderBlack pepperFenugreekCuminTurmericCayenne pepper
Directions
1. Cook shallots and garlic in olive oil until tender.
2. Add chickpeas and cook ~5 minutes on high
3. Add tomatoes and spices. Mix thoroughly.
4. Add cheese
5. When cheese is melted, serve alone or over rice.
