Fruit Salad (dried fruit and nut)

Ingredients
113grams prunes113grams dried apricots113grams dried figs 56grams raisinsquarter cup pine nutscan add dates and sultanas 1-2 tablespoons rosewater
Directions
Wash dried fruit in cold water then soak in enough water to just cover.
Cover and put in fridge for 48 hours
Add pine nuts to the fruit in its juice.
Gently stir in the rosewater.
Serve chilled
