Amy's Basic Breakfast Pita

1 Toufayan whole wheat pita2 large eggs1/3 cup skim milk1 cup baby spinach1/3 cup turkey sausage crumbles1/4 cheese2 tbsp Light Miracle Whipassorted spices5 sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray
Spray skillet and heat on medium heat. Add spinach & sausage crumbles. Stir until spinach is wilted and sausage starts to brown. In bowl, combine eggs, milk and spices. Beat until frothy. Add egg mixture to skillet with spinach and sausage.
Cut pita in half and cover with damp paper towel on microwave safe plate. Heat for 15 seconds on high. Spread 1 tbsp of Miracle Whip in each pita half and divide the cheese evenly between the two halves.
When eggs are desired firmness, stuff each pita half with scramble mixture. Enjoy!
