Wild Rice Cran-apple Breakfast Bake

Ingredients
1.5c cooked Wild Rice3/4c raw oatmeal1 large apple, sliced thin or bite-sized chunks3/4c dried cranberries1/2c raisins1/2c chopped nuts2tsp cinnamon2c milk1/4c brown sugar1/4tsp salt2Tbsp butter
Directions
Cook wild rice according to package directions and then drain well. Combine milk, brown sugar, salt, butter in a bowl. Microwave until hot. Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Combine all ingredients into a buttered 2 qt. casserole dish. Bake at 350F for 30 min.

Serving Size: make 8 side portions or 4 generous servings. I divide into 6 average single servings.
