1 carton Organic Vegetable Soup Broth (900ml=3.6c)2 Oriental Style Egg Flavored Roll Noodles3c chopped gai lan (Chinese broccoli)
Put broth in pot over medium heat while you chop the gai lan. Put the thicker stalks into the pot, with lid on, reserving the leafy parts for later addition. Let cook a few minutes. Add noodle rolls, replacing lid. Let cook a few more minutes. Remove lid & use fork to separate noodle rolls. Add remaining gai lan, replace lid, turn stove off. Let sit, covered for a few more minutes. Serve.
Serving Size: Makes 1 LARGE bowl of soup. Approximately 5cups.
