Elaine's No Dressing Refreshing Summer Salad

Ingredients
I can Tuna, drained (preferable packed in extra virgin olive oil)1 hard boiled egg; cubed1 cucumber; cubed1 package low-fat cottage cheese1 handful roasted salted sunflower seeds (you may use unsalted if you wish)
Directions
1) Boil one egg for 7 minutes till hard boiled.
2) Open 1 can of tuna, drain oil and put into a large bowl.
3) Cube cucumber and add to tuna.
4) Add one package of cottage cheese to tuna mixture
5) Cube egg and add in.
6) Add a handful of roasted salted sunflower seeds and mix well.
7) Bon apetit!

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings.
