2 slices turkey bacon2 slices 100% whole wheat bread, toasted2 tomato slicesleaf lettuce1-2 TBS light mayonnaise
Place the 2 slices turkey bacon on microwave safe plate and cook approximately 2 minutes. While bacon is cooking toast whole wheat bread in toaster. After bread is toasted spread 1-2 TBS light mayonaise on each slice of bread. Top with turkey bacon, lettuce and tomato.
