5 lbs. Pork roast1 jug of apple juice5 tbsp of cinnamon1/4 cup of unpacked brown sugar5 bottles of bbq sauce
1. Place all ingredients other than bbq sauce into crockpot on low for 8-10 hours. (best to start this the night before.)
2. Once pork easily falls apart, remove fat layer and shred the meat.
3. Empty liquid out of the crock pot. place meat back inside and ad bbq sauce, stir.
