*Beef- 93% Lean 7% Fat Kroger Ground Beef, 16 oz *Chiles, Green, Diced, Canned, Albertsons (4 oz), 1 serving*Enchilada sauce 10 oz can, Old El Paso, 1 serving *Cheese, Kraft Philadelphia, Fat Free Cream Cheese, 2 serving *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix Reduced Sodium Whole Package, 1 oz Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped *corn tortillas extra thin MISSION, 1.5 serving kroger shredded cheese (authentic hispanic blend) 1/4 cup, 3 serving
Cook beef and onion and then mix in taco seasoning, green chiles, and cream cheese.
in a small round baking dish, put a little enchilada sauce on the bottom to prevent sticking. Now put a corn tortilla and then a third of the beef mixture, a quarter cup of cheese, and a third of the enchilada sauce. Repeat this twice. Bake at 400 for 20 - 30 minutes.
