BBL Dinner #7: Flank Steak with Baked Potato and Asparagus

5 oz Flank Steak1 cup sliced mushrooms1 cup sliced onions1 t. Coconut Oil10 medium spears Asparagus1/2 Baked Potato, with skin6 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Marinate a 5 oz. flank steak in a low-cal marinade or Worcestershire sauce. Broil for approximately 6 minutes on each side or until done. Saute mushrooms and onions in 1 teaspoon coconut oil. Serve with 10 steamed asparagus spears and 1/2 of a medium baked potato.
