Kasha Pilaf

Ingredients
1 egg1 c uncooked kasha2 c mushroom broth2 T butter1 chopped onion5 chopped portobello mushrooms
Directions
1) Mix kasha and raw egg in a bowl, then dry roast kasha in a pot over high heat until it is dry and the kasha kernels are separate.
2) In another pan, bring broth to a boil.
3) in a third pan, saute the onion and mushrooms until soft.
4) Turn the heat for the kasha to low, then add the mushroom mixture and the boiling broth. Cover tightly and cook for 4 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 8 servings
