High Protein Cheesy Edamame Hummus

Ingredients
2 cups frozen prepared Edamame1 Cup white beans (I use navy), drained if canned1 tbsp. Lemon zest2 Garlic cloves2 tsp. Black Pepper1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper1 cup 1% Cottage Cheese1/2-1 cup water
Directions
Cook edamame as directed on package. Place in a food processor bowl with all other ingredients, except for water. Blend until broken down. Slowly add in water until desired consistency is reached.

Serving Size: Makes 6-2/3 cup servings
