1 C mixed berries1 C unsweetened almond milk1 C fage 0% Greek yogurt1/2 T chia seeds
Directions
Soak chia seeds in milk (up to an hour - softens the seeds). Blend all ingredients thoroughly (longer is better). Enjoy!
