Ingredients
beef, stew, seasoning, McCormick, vegetables, carrots, onions, potatoes
Directions
cut beef into 1-2" pieces. in a skillet, heat 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. in a bowl put 1/2 cup of flour, 1 tsp garlic salt, and 1 tsp pepper. mix. coat meat with flour mixture and brown in oil.

in slow cooker add McCormick seasonings with water. cut one large onion into fourths. add to slow cooker. add browned meat, stir. set on high for four hours.

add vegetables after four hours. let simmer for four hours or until vegetables are cooked all the way through.
