Ingredients
1.5 c frozen berry blend (Trader Joe's 'Very Cherry Berry blend')1 c fresh blueberries6 oz fat-free vanilla yogurt1/4 c non-fat milk3-6 ice cubes
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and mix thoroughly.

Pulse to break up ice cubes, and add more to create a thicker consistency.
