Ingredients
Strawberries, fresh, 16 medium 5 Persian Cucumbers (peeled) A Couple Sprigs of fresh mint Basil, 10 leaves Lemons, 2 fruit peeled Spinach, fresh, handful 1 Cup Water
Directions
I use my Vitamix blender, so you get a lot of good fiber. You may blend with ice if you like a colder smoothie.
