Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup egg whites (or 4 egg whites) 1 tbsp ground flax 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract cinnamon sweetener of choice (optional) from thegreatbalancingact.com
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into heated and greased frying pan, cooking until browned on each side.
