Ground Turkey Stroganoff

1/4 lb ground turkey breast2 cups (approx) Fat Free milkWhite FlourFat Free Sour CreamBeef Bouillion CubeGarlic SaltOnion SaltPepper
Brown turkey in deep skillet
Add milk to skillet - milk should completly cover the turkey meat. Add beef bouillion cube and let simmer for a minute or two. Add white flour in a tablespoon at a time. Gravy will thicken as it cooks - so add flour slowly and let it simmer for a bit before adding more. Add garlic and onion salt and pepper as needed for taste. Simmer until thick and boullion cube is dissolved. Add approximately 2-4 tablespoons of sour cream to gravy. Server or rice or noodles as desired.
