Directions
Cut crusts from 12 slices of white bread. Butter one side and place buttered side down in cups of a muffin tin. Mix beef, onion, spices (I use pepper, garlic, and mixed herbs), egg, and tbsp of Ketchup. Place by tbsp on top of white bread in muffin cups. Mix Ketchup, Mustard, and Brown sugar. Stir and place by tsp on top beef mixture in each cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
