Ingredients
Hi guys!Sorry, I used a scale so this is ungodly accurate. *Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 cup dry Mushrooms, fresh, 58 grams Carrots, raw, 40 grams *Braggs Liquid Aminos, 4 servings Curry powder, 4 tbsp Ginger, ground, 2 tbsp Spinach, fresh, 70 grams Scrambled Egg, 2 large Cucumber (with peel), 73 grams
Directions
Cook quinoa

while cooking, saute veggies in spices.

add eggs, scramble

once quinoa is cooked, add to mix

cook until solid, adding each spice to taste (or more if you'd like)

Add chopped cucumber last.

Serving Size: makes 4 1/4 recipe servings. ^_^
