Apple Pie Protein Bars

1/2 cup special k protein plus cereal1/4 cup fiber one original cereal1/4 cup gerber's freeze-dried apple (pure fruit)1/2 cup !% cottage cheese1 scoop vanilla protein powder (sun warrior used in calculations)1/4 cup liquid egg whites1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp apple pie spice1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp stevia
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix all ingredients together in bowl (I like to add in spices/sweetener last so they get better incorporated).
Bake for 25 minutes and let cool for 10-20 more minutes before cutting.
Serving Size: makes 4 small bars
