Tabbouleh with garbanzos

Ingredients
2 cups cooked bulghur wheat1 medium tomato, diced1/2 cup minced parsley1/2 can organic garbanzos2 small shallots minced or 1/2 small red onion, minced2 tablespoons white wine vinegar3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Cook bulghur and drain well. Add all the chopped ingredients, oil and vinegar and stir well.

Serving Size: Roughly 6 1/2 cup servings.
