Kathy's Nachos

Ingredients
*Hy-Vee Bite Size Tostados (chips), 1 serving*Onion (raw), chopped, 2 tbsp*Kraft Shredded 2% Milk, Mexican Cheddar Jack, 0.25 cup*All Natural, Honeysuckle White, Ground Turkey, 2 oz*Hy-Vee Light Sour Cream, 1 tbsp*Hy-Vee Taco Seasoning Mix, 30% Less Sodium, 1 tsp*Hy-Vee Salsa, Mild Corn and Black Bean, 2 tbsp*Hy-Vee Sliced Black Olives, 1 tbsp
Directions
Cook turkey until pink is gone. Add taco seasoning per package instructions and mix well. Simmer 3-5 minutes on medium until thickened. Measure out 2 oz of seasoned meat and set aside. Arrange all 20 chips on a salad plate. Sprinkle one-half of the shredded cheese on top; heat 15-30 seconds or until cheese is starting to melt. In small bowl, mix the cooked turkey and the salsa together. Dump into the middle of the chips, add onion, sour cream, remaining cheese. Top with sliced olives.
