3 eggs, whisked together1 stick butter, melted1 cup sugar1 cup coconut flakes1 tbsp. vinegar1 unbaked pie crust
Whisk eggs, melt and add butter. Then add rest of ingredients and whisk together. Pour into 1 unbaked pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
(Do not pre-bake crust.)
