Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:- 3/4 cup All-Purpose Whole Wheat Flour (adjust depending on moisture of batter)- 3/4 cup 100% Whole Wheat Oats- 1/2 tsp salt- either 1/2 tsp baking soda or 1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder- optional: 1 tsp cinnamon (I used it and it tastes really good)Wet Ingredients:- 1 cup Kraft Smooth 25% Less Fat Peanut Butter (adjust according to desired taste)- 1/2 cup liquid honey (I would add another 1/4 cup unless adding chocolate chips)- 1 egg (I substituted the egg with 1 Tbsp ground flax soaked in 3 Tbsp water)- 2 tsp vanilla- optional: 1/3 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips or carob chips (similar to chocolate chips but made out of carob)
