Ingredients3-T Chicken Broth1-Onion, chopped4-Cloves garlic, chopped˝-Red Bell Pepper, chopped5-Cups Chicken or veggie broth1-Carrot, sliced3-Cups Broccoli, chopped1-Cup Green beans, fresh1-Cup Snap Beans, chopped5-Large Stalks Bok Choy, chopped˝-head cabbage, chopped1-Small Red Potato, chopped1-Cup Frozen Corn1T Anise seeds1t Black pepper1t Crushed red peppers16 oz. can great northern beans16 oz. can crushed red tomatoes16 oz. can chick peas3T tomato paste

Directions
Add 4 tablespoons of chicken broth to a large saucepan. Sauté garlic, onions and bell peppers for about 4 minutes.

Add the next 9 ingredients, cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat to a slow boil, and cook for 12 minutes.

Add the next 7 ingredients and cook for about 20 minutes. (I don’t use salt - Add salt if you must) (A good salt substitute is Mrs. dash seasonings).
