Lowfat Yogurt - 1 cup.skim milk - 1 cup.vanilla extract - 1 tsp.frozen strawberries - 4 or 5frozen blueberries - 1 cup.banana - 1 large
Directions
Place all ingredients into a blender and mix. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
