celery soup base

Ingredients
8-9 stalks of celery1.5 cups chicken broth1-2 tbsp of flour (till desired consistency)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
chop up celery and put in a med pot
add chicken broth a little at a time (.5 cup) while cooking celery till semi soft
add flour and stir to coat
cook for 1 min
add remaining chicken broth and stir till thickened
add salt and pepper to taste

Serving Size: makes 2 cups of condensed soup mix
