Apple and Onion Stuffed Turkey Cutlets

6 4-ounce turkey breast cutlets1 large apple, chopped1/2 medium onion, chopped1 1/2 cups chicken broth1/2 of a 5 oz. package garlic and onion croutons2 tsp. margarinesalt and pepper to taste
1. In a small skillet melt butter and saute' onions and apples until slightly brown.
2. De-glaze skillet with chicken broth.
3. Combine croutons, apples, and onions in a bowl.
4. Slowly add chicken broth from skillet. You may not need all of the broth.
5. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
6. Slice turkey to create a pocket for your stuffing.
7. Place stuffing in turkey.
8. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
