12.5 oz can Tuna1 green apple diced2 stalks celery diced1/4 cup diced onion2 TBSP choped fresh cilantro2 TBSP Mayo
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Serve over frsh spinach, salad greens, on a tortilla or eat alone.

    Yummy! Made as directed except added a tiny bit of salt and used red apple instead of green. Also used plain Greek yogurt and one Laughing Cow wedge instead of mayo. - 8/20/11
