1lb bonless, skinless chicken breast1 t dried basil.5 C ketchup.5 C soy sauce1/3 C honey2 T minced garlicfrozen veggies
Placed fresh or frozen chicken in bottom of 4 quart crock pot.
Mix remaining five ingredients together then pour over chicken.
Cook on low for 5 hours.
Add as many or few veggies as you would like. Heat for one hour.
Serving Size: 1 breast equals one serving
