Tuna Veggie Pasta Salad

Ingredients
Salad:8oz Barilla Medium Shells - boiled, drained and chilled 12oz Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore (drained)1/2 c chopped radish1/2 c sliced baby carrots1/4 c finely chopped sweet onion1/4 c sliced olives1 c chopped red bell pepper1 c chopped broccoli topsDressing:1/3 c vegetable oil3 tbsp red wine vinegar1 tbsp dijon mustard1/2 c miracle whip (optional)
Directions
Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Breaking up tuna chunks to small pieces.

Dressing:
In a mixer with a whisk attachment - whisk the oil, vinegar and dijon mustard until smooth. For a more creamy option - add the miracle whip and whisk until smooth.

Pour the dressing over the salad in the large bowl and mix until coated.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. 4 hours is optimal for best taste.
