Apple Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup cucumber, peeled (I used an English Cucumber)1 cup small apple, core, peel, diced (green preferred)2-3 fresh basil leaves (I used fresh/frozen leaves)1 cup water, tap or filtered1/2 cup ice cubes
Directions
If using an English Cucumber just peel and chop, scoop seeds out of a regular cucumber. Peel, core and chop a small apple. In a blender ADD: cucumber, apple, basil and 1 cup water. Puree until well blended. ADD about 1/2 cup ice cubes and crush until cubes are well blended. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
