Whole Wheat English Muffin, 1 muffin *Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce, Traditional, 0.25 cup *Canadian Bacon, 4 serving Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz Black Olives, 5 grams Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
Take the english muffin and cut in half and then quarter, brush with olive oil and then put in oven or toaster on baking sheet to crisp, take out and brush with pizza sauce, put on Canadian bacon, then divide Mozzarella cheese between the pieces, add olives and mushrooms and return to oven till cheese is melted, makes 8 slices - 2 per serving
