Ingredients
white or brown rice 3 cupscoriander seed 1 tbsoregano seed 1 tspCumin Seeds 1 tspBlack Pepper 1 dashGarlic 1 cloveMango 1 cup DicedSerrano 2ozWhole Annatto Seed .25 tspOlive oil 1 tbs
Directions
Blend all ingredients in pepper mill (dry)
Toast rice in olive oil then add garlic and stir until you can smell the garlic
Add water and bring to boil then cover and reduce to simmer and fluff at end and enjoy
