Wholesome Dinner Rolls--super quick, whole wheat

1/2 of a 1/4oz package active dry yeast1 cup + 2 tbsp whole-wheat flour1 tbsp truvia or stevia2 tbsp egg beaters1/2 cup warm water1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce1/2 tsp salt or nusalt5-6 drops vanilla stevia (or simply add a dash of vanilla)
Dissolve yeast, water and truvia together. Let sit for a few minutes. Add egg, flour, applesauce and salt. Stir together until well combined. Let rise 15 minutes. Spoon ino greased muffin tins, let rise again, about 15-20 minutes, and preheat oven to 400F.Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until firm and lightly crisped. ENJOY! My whole family absolutely loved these!!
