2 small apples, peeled and cored1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk1 1/2 cups water1 cup steel cut oats2 T coconut sugar1 1/2 T Earth Balance butter cut into 6 pieces1/2 t cinnamon1 T ground flax1/4 tsp salt
Directions
combine and cook overnight on low for 7 hours
