Beef brisket, 38 oz(remove)Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia)(remove)*Red Potatoe 1 potatoe, 8 serving(remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped(remove)Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)(remove)
put all ingredients in a crockpot (slow cooker), including seasoning packet that comes with brisket, and put on high for 5 hours or low for 8 hours. slice and serve. May want to add carrots, but caloric changes not considered in this recipe. May add vinegar individually.
