Chicken, Rice, Broccoli, & Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ouncesSargento Mexican Style Cheese 1 cupsChicken Broth 2 cupsWhite Rice 1 cupBaby Broccoli Florets 4.5 cupsBreakstone's Reduced Fat Sour Cream .5 cupsCream of Mushroom Soup 98% Fat Free 1 canCheese and Broccoli Soup 1 can
Directions
Cook 1 cup of rice in 2 cups of chicken broth for 15 to 20 minutes. In a baking dish, add pre-cooked cubed or shredded skinless, boneless chicken. Add fresh or thawed broccoli florets, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, broccoli & cheese soup. Mix these all together. When the rice is done, mix that with the rest of the ingredients. Add the cheese on top and bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the oven on 325-350 degrees. If you like to brown your cheese then after it has cooked, turn the broiler on for a couple of minutes.
This is a very easy recipe and it is great!
